Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight or volume of the order.
We offer free shipping on orders over €150 within the European Union and Switzerland.
Estimated Delivery Times
Switzerland: 2–4 business days
European Union: 4–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs procedures, shipping carrier operations, weather conditions, local holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs and Duties
Orders shipped outside Switzerland or the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.
After a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery operations are managed by the carrier.
Undelivered or Returned Orders
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or the recipient’s absence, the package may be returned to us by the carrier.
In such cases, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
If a package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us so we can assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier.
