At Jowmaat, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review the terms below regarding returns and refunds.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• be unused and in their original condition
• include all original packaging and tags
• not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for items that:

• have been used or worn
• are returned without original packaging
• show signs of damage caused after delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
